I came to Lexus from years with Acura and have found your service to be mediocre until now. This time when I called to schedule service, I was able to do so in the same week. (In the past, I have often waited over 2 wks. for an appt.---even for something critical like replacing a coil.) Kevin was informative and professional. He answered my questions & reviewed all paperwork. I waited for the vehicle & it was delivered at the scheduled time. (Perhaps your new location has more service bays & techs?) After returning home, I noticed 2 leaks in the floor of my garage & returned to the dealership. Service immediately checked it out - nothing serious - and I was again on my way. Despite the 2nd trip back, it was a good experience.
