Unfortunately for me I recently had to replace my hot water heater. Fortunately for me the technitian, named Drilon, was very professional, courteous and patient. Having many questions regarding my choices of water tanks, including tankless, he was very knowledgable and patient in explaining my options. Once we agreed on what direction we were going to go, he set about immediately to task. He did encounter some unexpected situations with the vent due to the age of the house and original configuration vs. the new codes that needed to be implemented. With that in mind he explained our new options and then proceded accordingly. All in all he still completed the project in approx. 5 hours to our amazement. My hats off to you Drilon.
