Not impressed with Liberty Management. I used them as the property management firm for my rental home. Couldn't wait for the contract to expire. It was nothing but a headache month after month. The tenants were constant complainers and each time they called in for ""service"" Liberty Management was quick to send someone out and charge me, the owner, a ""trip charge"". 90% of the time there was nothing wrong or broken but Liberty Management can always find something to charge the owner for. Change AC Filter = ""Trip Charge"". Light fixture not working (code for change light bulb) = ""Trip Charge"". Dishwasher not working because it leaves spots on the dishes - ""Trip Charge"". You name it, Liberty Management will charge you for it. And when you question why the tenant isn't being charge for items they are required to maintain under the lease, Liberty Management is quick to quote tenant rights legal mumbo jumbo. Don't even consider using Liberty Management as the property management firm for your rental - unless you want to throw money away!
