I, too, was referred to Absolute Plumbing Plus by my home warranty company. I suspected I might have a developing blockage in my sewer system. The tech confirmed my suspicions, drawing from recent experience in a house with an almost identical layout to mine. I did not have an accessible cleanout to act as a point of entry for the sewer cable machine, but the tech deduced from a few moments in the crawl space that the sewer main was not at a substaintial depth from grade, and could be accessed with minimal digging. The very next day, not only did the tech return, access the pipe below ground and install a 2-way cleanout, he then cabled the sewer main and pulled out a substantial blockage of roots. I had had a developing blockage, and Absolute Plumbing Plus took care of it. I now have an easy to access cleanout, from which my sewer main may be cabled if another blockage develops in the future. These guys are good. I will recommend them to friends, family and co-workers.
