The team at Jon Wayne has never disappointed me. From the sale and installation of my new system in the fall of 2011, to the system checkups we receive, they have always maintained a superior service attitude. My service tech today was Justin Beck. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and personable. He pointed out some maintenance tips, and without hesitation replaced the UV lamps in the air handler when he found that they were out. I cannot say enough good things about Jon Wayne. I have, and will, recommend Jon Wayne to anyone that asks.
