I recently purchased a 2005 Buick lacrosse which I assumed needed a new transmission but wasn't sure. I called around the Chicago area and Mr. Transmission was the only business who said they were going to run a full diagnostics check on it just in case it wasn't a full transmission repair to really see whats going on with it. I decided to go with them, and I am so glad that I did. It ended up not being a full replacement like I assumed, and I am grateful for how honest they were! I also work on business out of town and usually am gone for most week days and they cooperated with me and allowed my car to stay there for a few days after the repair was finished, which ALL other shops in the area told me I was going to be charged extra for. It saved me a lot of stress! Dave is a really great, honest business man. He's really easy to talk to, knowledgeable and is passionate about his work. I highly recommend this place to anyone!
