I ordered through GrubHub and it went smooth. Since Rocco's didn't have some deserts that I wanted, they didn't deliver at all. No call from either place to let me know anything. I finally inquired about my food an hour and a half after ordering (wait time given online) and was told I should have gotten a call that I never received. My compensation was a refund of the deserts that couldn't be delivered and a coupon for GrubHub, which isn't in the area I live in. I am from Savannah GA, visiting family here in NY, and am completely unimpressed. Even if their food is good, which I don't know because I ordered before 8pm and it's now 10pm and it's still not here, it will never be good enough to call them again. There are too many pizza choices and it was an honest toss up between Rocco's and Rinos. I guess I know who I should have called.
