Dean, the technician arrived right on time and we did a walkthrough of the house to show him where all the vents and returns were located. He then explained what he was going to do and got right to work. He was very careful to lay down tarps to protect the floor and areas around the vents. He did an extremely thorough job which took several hours to complete. When he was done he quietly took all the equipment back to his truck and told me they would be mailing my before and after pictures. Overall the whole process went very smoothly and I am very satisfied.
