Very Poor Communication and too many cars 7/22/2013

They called me the week of the 15th to tell me the truck was going to be ready. I told them I would fly back to pick it up on the 20th. They closed early. I showed up early on the 22nd and the car looked worse than when I dropped it off five weeks prior. I told the guy it had been more than a month and his response was that they have cars on their lot that had been there for 3 months. They said it would be ready at 5pm. I go back at 5pm and the door locks are not working properly, the steering wheel will not go up, the air bags need to be recharged and they did not fix the radio/CD. Someone ran into my car and Progressive had these guys down as one of their preferred shops. more
