B. It promised professional and courteous service. I received both of these.
C. They honored the $15 coupon a $43 dollar service.
D. Hand written thank you note on dash.
E. I was offered water and soda while I waited.
I wish feedback allowed for gradation of response. I would have said 4.65. I specifically said I did not need to know what was wrong unless unsafe and I still received a printout with list of future needs. The car has 319,000 miles. The liist was not a deal breaker for future business and does not keep me from recommending service to others however it was redundant and I had specifically said I did not want to know.
