Joe is very focused on customer-service. He listened as I described our household, living style, pets and rugs. He was patient answering questions. He even offered a reminder to check for online discounts, which I found and used!
In the end, the rugs are gorgeous...showing their true colors and no longer smelling dank and dirty. They really did dry in 3 hrs or so, even in this humid summer weather.
I will definitely use Joe and Colonial Chem-Dry again.
