We've tried many other A/C companies, but Jon Wayne gave us superior service, and every employee who came out including Carlos, Ross, Dakota and Phillip knew exactly what they were doing and took the time to explain everything. I will never go with any other company again. They even went out of there way to loan us two window units over the weekend, until they could get here and install the unit on Monday. All I can say is that this company truly cares about its customers.
