Flashfixers worked on my complete external hard drive which crashed and he was able to pull everything off of it. I dropped off the hard drive because I am located so close to them on my way to work. They really saved me by recovering all my photos, work, documents, etc. They told me what needed to be done and he backed it all up on his servers and backed it up on a new hard drive for me in less than two weeks. Very convenient!
