I would highly recommend Ascent Audiology to anyone seeking help with hearing-related issues. While my issue overall was small, Dr. Kuster made sure to explain the entire process and test results in depth. I greatly appreciated this, especially coming from an education background. The office staff is friendly, with a very welcoming reception room that has various beverages/snacks available. I was able to get an appointment almost immediately, which surprised me since usually appointments with specialists are so difficult to schedule. Overall, I would highly recommend Ascent Audiology and Dr. Kuster!
