I always try and follow John's advice, and bring my cars to him very 5000 miles to have the tires rotated and balanced.
And if I am not satisfied ("Princess and the Pea" syndrome) John will take it back and make it right - he's not satisfied if the customer is not satisfied!
This particular car has finicky wheels, and John patiently explained what they'd need to do to make it right.
