Bob of Newport Tankless came out and helped us get the tankless going. There was a manufacturer problem and he got it to work. I'm very willing to recommend them. Call the experts and Bob is an expert. He knows! Pretty professional. He came out to switch out the board when he said he would. The board came in sooner. It was very prompt service.
