Beautiful property, awful staff and manager Robert W is not helpful. My wife fell on slippery and wet sidewalks. She is sore and black and blue, luckily nothing broken. The front desk refused to place a sign warning others. My sister was staying in one of three rooms I reserved. They refused to let her check because she was sharing a room with my mother who had not yet arrived. While they argued about letting me check in for my mother, when she checked her luggage at desk when checking out, they wanted to deliver it to my room and did not understand that she was checking not checking in.. Their attitude is the guest is always wrong. Visit Mediteraneo but skip the Inn. Many of our guests reported difficulty with the front desk. One person checked out early, and they cleaned the room to re-rent it and would not credit if the room was filled.
