We called PCR and Jenny was very prompt in returning my call (and I mean within 15 minutes or so). We arranged a date and time for a technician to come out. Unfortunately, I think a technical issue occured and no one came. After calling PCR back, Jenny promptly rescheduled and apologized profusely for the inconvenience and made it right. Rob came to my apartment to repair/stretch the damaged areas of the carpet where my pups decided it would be a great idea to chew up. He did what he could to stretch the carpet but ended up having to make a small replacement. The carpet patch he used matched perfectly and looked flawless! He was very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend this company based on Rob's workmanship and quality.
