Overall, I had a great experience with Roto-rooter plumber in Cincinnati, OH. I called because my sink was backing up from water from heavy rains. The gentlemen was at my house in less than an hour and had the pipe un-clogged less than an hour later. I asked him about a coupon on-line and he honored it--no questions asked. He made a very difficult situation, much easier. I didn't give them 5 stars because the overall price seemed pretty steep for what they did--I understand they have set pricing--but it seemed a bit higher than what it should have been.
