Welch Randall is the WORST. Read any of the many, many negative reviews all over the internet. They are dishonest, disorganized, and inept. They will do anything they can to keep your security deposit. They consider this a service they perform for the owners. Read the move-out checklist and associated charges carefully because you are going to get screwed no matter how clean or careful you are. Take pictures of every single thing when you move in. Insist upon a walk-through because they will not do one if they can get away with it, and then they will tell you later that if you didn't point it out when you moved in, you were responsible for it. Point out every tiny little thing you can possibly find. Point out what is dirty and what is clean. The staff is awful. Brad is nice and very courteous and charming but you'll never talk to him again.
