Called them early in the morning and was told they could look at the car when we got there. Within 10 minutes of arriving the car was in the shop being diagnosed and the problem found within five minutes. In about 1-1.5 hours they had managed to take the car in, diagnose, order parts, pick up parts, and fix the car..and it cost less than we were thinking.
