Thank you FH Furr for coming and helping my family and I with our plumbing. The service technician who arrived at my home was very polite and considerate of our home and our family members. He arrived timely and completed the job without disturbing our daily activities. Happy I was able to get an appointment right away and even more shocked to find that if I did not want to move forward with the plumbing work that the estimate and call would be at no charge! This obviously wasn't the case since I did move forward with the work and am now writing about it, but I thought that was a really great promotion. Happy and satisfied customer.
