On the day of the appointment, called to see if they could come EARLY -- that never happens anymore, you are lucky if staff show up on time. I was without working a/c, so I was thrilled. EVERYONE (staff on the phone and at my home) were kind and helpful. EVERYONE did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it. Absolutely fabulous service! This team is the one to call.
