Although the doctor was very thorough in her examination, I am having the hardest time getting someone from her office to follow up with us! She handled our 4 y/o very well. We were given a time frame on his glasses. I waiting for that time period, and gave it another week. We've been calling for over a month now and we always get ""She will call you back"" but NO ONE EVER DOES! Ive left several voicemails and live messages, just trying to get a status update on his glasses. NOTHING. I just want a call back. I had very high expectations of this place, but I would no longer recommend this place to anyone else.
