Read the reviews and take them serious! EVERYONE can't be wrong...there are too many common similarities in the reviews. Dr. Suiter intentionally writes reports CONTRARY to the facts provided to him. This is done to FORCE you to subpoena him as an expert witness, so he can collect his ""substantial"" demanded witness fees for challenging the validity of his report. Either way it's a WIN-WIN for him because he already gotten paid for the evaluation and now he will get more money for his ""expert witness"" testimony; even if his recommendation is over-turned in your favor. Although this site is a great source of info, EVERYONE should contact CA Board of Psychology in Sacramento, CA to file a complaint against him. I was advised by the board that as more people come forward and file similar complaints against him; that they will DEFINITELY investigate.\r

I was abused, had proof in every way possible, and it was validated through psychological testing that my ex was an abuser...none of this mattered to Dr. Suiter. He also separates siblings and does not take that into consideration even though DCFS and Court's alike do not recommend it is in the best interest of children for siblings to be separated; whether half siblings or not.
