Dr. Presnell was very thorough and personable in diagnosing our Aussie who had a sudden case of spastic hips. He quickly identified the possible cause as toxin from ticks and suggested a stepped approach that kept our cost to a minimum, but brought immediate results. Highly recommend his thoughtful and considerate manner.
