First Service America came to my house to repair my A/C unit. Note that another company had come out five times in a 22 month period to ""fix"" this tree-year-old Trane unit.....unsuccessfully. Steve ascertained that there was a leak in the coil (a minor manufacturing defect that cause me major headaches and money!) that needed to be soldered, then the unit needed to be recharged. He completed the work on time and for the amount he'd originally quoted. So, after about 2 years, the unit is finally working properly. My house is now cooler....and so is my temper. Thank you
