I rented a condominium through Stringer management 5/1/2012 to 5/1/2013 and dealt with a Dee in the beginning because Tanya was sooo busy with her baby. I never called the office or was late on rent. When it came time to renew my lease the owner of the condominium called me directly to say there wouldn't be an increase but Stringer management added $50 monthly. Fortunately,  I was moving out anyway. I had taken pictures of the condition of my condominium and asked about cleaning the carpets. Dee said you can do it yourself which I did and then they charged over $400.00 for cleaning the condo and carpet cleaning. I tried to speak to Tanya and she is unprofessional rude and extremely unintelligent. I was told after I moved into my condominium that the reason she is still working there is because she is married to one of the owners's son. It's a good thing because she would never be hired anywhere else. If you read earlier comment she is mentioned in the same way. There are plenty of places to rent from so please do yourself a favor and stay away from Stringer Management and especially Tanya Izzo. You will never get your deposit back in full and will be ripped off for application fees when someone else has already rented the unit as well as other unreasonable fees and treated poorly after you have signed your lease.
