I cannot tell you how professional, nice, patient and helpful Richard was. I cannot take time off work for these kinds of things, so Richard was nice enough to come on a Saturday to show me what was available (I, of course had to look at lots of options and he was very patient with me-actually seemed like he enjoyed hauling samples in and out of the house). He then measured all the windows on which I wanted to have blinds installed, gave me the estimate-I told him to go ahead with the order. He said it was no problem to install them on a Saturday (what a blessing these pepole are). The blinds were ready before the estimated time-they called to schedule the installation and came out, removed all the old pleated shades and were willing to take them with them. Richard installed all of the blinds himself. He was very meticulous-cleaned up after himself like a pro-there was NO MESS anywhere. The blinds have made a HUGE difference. I am an avid backyard bird watcher, so one of the reasons I chose blinds is so I could see the birds without them seeing me-before, I couldn't do that. These people are professional, know their stuff and are truly customer service-oriented folks, which is hard to find in this day and age. I told Richard that I had not smiled as much since my husband passed away. This was a very positive experience and I would recommend them to anyone who wanted any kind of window coverings.
