I have not worked with too many Recruitment/Staffing companies, but from what I can tell you utilize their network and they submit your resume directly to managers as opposed to through the companies job portal. The tips that I was given during the whole interview process has left me more knowledgeable for the rest of my career. I don't understand why everyone wouldn't take advantage of this company. \r
