The staff was very helpful and friendly, very attentive. The breakfast buffet was good and a great incentive to stay at QIC.\r
The heat in our room didn't work very well, and we had to ask for blankets which were promptly brought to us. Also, our sink backed up and the hotel could not fix it until we had left the next day for a campus tour. (Had to use the tub water?!?!?)\r
Young teens were running around the pool area being noisy, after 11pm, and the echo from the enclosed pool area was loud enough to be heard in our room, (which was on the second floor, the farthest room from the pool!)
