Very pleasantly surprised by the courtesy and professionalism shown by Spencer during our initial service today. He was friendly and polite, and he carefully reviewed the details of our service plan with us before thoroughly cleaning all of the (many) spider webs around our house and applying the pesticide. Before leaving he reassured us that even though we only pay quarterly, they will return at no charge between scheduled services if needed.
