BEWARE - I hired this company to convert an 11' x 14"" bedroom into a media room. They were to remove a closet area and finish off the drywall, add two electrical outlets, three LED ceiling lights, and paint the room. I was advised that they could have the work completed in one week. Note: I assumed that was a forty hour work week. After two weeks of mostly not showing up (medical appointment, jury duty, traffic, rain, auto accident...really); or when they did show up they arrived anywhere between 11am to as late as 2pm with multiple phone calls or text msgs indicating that they were on their way. Once they got to the job they then took an hour for lunch, ran to the local Home Store for supplies (they never had what they needed, I bought 50 feet of wire and 30 wire nuts for them) then they left by 4pm, you get the idea. There was always two or three of them trying to work in the space. I found them very pleasant & polite but that obviously doesn't get the job done. They are totally not skilled craftsman and have no idea of the order of work and how to go about it. The patching and sanding of the drywall was not completed; yet they started to paint. They only painted two walls and the ceiling and did not edge in/cut in the paint first they just started rolling. Painting is obviously not their forte... roller streaks, drips, and poor coverage, AND they went into my garage and opened a package of my paint rollers which they used, and I might add that they didn't even ask. I had an electrician check the single outlet they wired only to find it is not grounded and they never ran the TV cable outlet;obviously electrical work is not their forte. The second week they asked for $500 to pay the workers?? \r \r Yes, I let them go their merry way and believing in Karma I gave them two thirds of the contract price which was very generous on my part since everything was started and nothing finished. I have now hired a contractor to get the drywall properly patched and seamless (obviously drywall is not their forte);then the new contractor will sand the walls where they practiced their painting technique and he will properly paint the room. If you want a job done right I would recommend that you look elsewhere.\r more
