I have used Nicholsons since the second year they opened their doors. I have always had good service with the exception of a service technician named Isaac. I called an the issue was resolved immediately. The reason for this review today is two fold. The firs is to simply state that Nicholsons is a top notch company. They are not perfect as I did have one issue over the 20 years they have serviced my system. Speaking with friends and neighbors and hearing their experiences with other companies. We have no interest in switching. The second is that I read a poor review online. Call me nosy, but I wanted to know. I called the office and Chris called me back later that evening. It was a little late( 8:15 PM.) but he did return the call the same day. I asked him what was going on and I applaud him on his response. He told me that a customer had their system winterized late in the year and expected it to be warrantied free of charge. Straight to the point is always the way to go in my book.
