At the beginning of April 2013 I met with Jean Bergeron of Alafia Pest Control. He promised a monthly service with a quarterly payment for 9 rental units including my personal residence. We agreed to the terms/price and I paid Mr. Bergeron for the entire quarter. Mr. Bergeron used phrases like “I’m a Christian man and I run my business honestly” and “you can trust me”. He serviced about half of the units we agreed to one time. I called him and asked why he had not yet serviced the other units and he assured me he “would get to them”. Now, after not servicing the other units as promised, he is not taking my calls. Mr. Bergeron is a liar and a thief. Do not trust him or do business with this con artist.\r
