The management are nasty people. We were looking to adopt a kitten and entered the kitten room which had a bunch of signs on it stating do not enter unless you are serious about adopting (?) rude. Upon entering the room every kitten in the place started crying for attention. We were looking at the first two kittens, through the cage door when two obese angry women burst into the room demanding to know what we were doing, they literally confronted us as if we were committing a theft. They asked us if we saw the sign in the door!?? We told them that yes we could read and yes we were interested in adopting, which did not satisfy them. She then accused us of touching multiple kittens without sanitizing our hands? First of all we didn't, second of all these women need a little biology lesson. After the bizarre confrontation from these nuts we will never return again. To say that they were condescending would be a huge understatement. We love animals, and have rescued cats. We noticed that these cat nazi's prevent people from ""contaminating"" the kittens and as a result they are attention starved. Its wrong, they are wrong, nasty and ignorant. Happy Tales and the cats would be better served to get rid if these pompous idiots. It used to be a friendly environment and it wasn't full of attention starved cats. The very idea that they are preventing people from interacting with them. They would find more homes if these idiots were not treating potential adopters like garbage. more
