HORRIBLE customer service. When I bought my package here, the sales associate informed me that I could freeze my account if I was not going to be able to use it, and then unfreeze it when I was ready again. They also promised a free tan that they would throw in if I purchased a package that day. I knew I was going out of town and liked that I would be able to freeze the account, so I went ahead and purchased 1-month of unlimited tanning.\r

When I left I froze my account, and recently unfroze it and started using my sessions again. I went in again today, and the owner was working at the shop. He told me they no longer freeze accounts, that I had been misinformed, and have no sessions remaining.\r

I attempted to explain the situation to him, and he began talking over me, raising his voice, and arguing with me at some points.\r

I can understand that there was a miscommunication, but at a manager and owner he failed to educate his employees on their policy. Furthermore, his unprofessionalism absolutely BLEW ME AWAY.\r

There are plenty of tanning salons around, I would recommend fellow tanners NOT to support Sun Works Tanning and to give your business to a place that deserves the support.
