I had an incident where the maintenance man came into my home while my 12 yr old daughter was bathing. There was a miscommunication on the managers part which gave him permission to enter. My 3yr old was sleeping on the couch, so immediately when the maintenance came in he should've recognized this and announced himself. When my daughter comes out the restroom, he rudely says ""I was knocking"" then proceeds to do the work order. By now he knows no adult is home so he should've exited. He left and returned because he forgot to get a number off the dishwasher. I have gotten an apology from the manager, none from the maintenance, and the unprofessional lady named Christina from Corporate, has called twice but we haven't talked. She left a message saying ""if"" i still needed to talk to someone give her a call back. I don't believe its a big deal to her because when i call she's on the phone and she doesnt call back the same day. This incident happened June 17th and its now the 25th. I think they should just fire everyone and start over with Cynthia. Iv been with this property since 2009 and i have never seen it look so terrible. They need to get it together around here\r
