Todd Connell is a terrific customer service representative! He is like talking and working with an old friend; and he definitely knows his products. From the initial contact until we drove off the lot (with our new RDX) Todd was there to help us and never pressure. Finance with Will Douglas was smooth and again we were never pressured and working with Lou Taylor was a pleasure as he demonstrated all the amazing features of our new car.
