Keep walking. Don't bother going here. They are unpleasant and dishonest. If you want a fair price, look up the values of what you intend to sell prior to going and go someplace else. There are lots of wonderful places that will give you a fair price for your jewelry, especially if it's in good shape. Try Becker's in Hartford or one of their other locations. Even Tom's in New London is better then these people. Notice they don't even list their names as owning the place on any of their ads? Makes you kind of wonder??? Take your business elsewhere.
