Unprofessional repair. They say they are factory reps, but we just bought a new Whirlpool Side by Side Refrigerator and the Icemaker didn't work. I found that when the door closed in the freezer, it didn't active the switches. I call the company that sold it to us and had Active Appliances come out to repair it. The service rep glued a piece of plastic inside the freezer door and took off. The Icemaker still doesn't work and the service rep didn't even check to see if it's working. I call the next day and asked about bandaid fix the rep did and wanted to talk to the Service Manager which I was told that he doesn't talk to customers. Then they told me that they will have another rep come out in four days. I called the Company I bought it from and got another Factory Rep.
