This place is a joke. I rented a unit on one day before movers came. The movers said it was not big enough so I rented the next size bigger. I asked if I could get a refund on other unit and they told me they would check. I went to the office and was told I they check hey will have to do paperwork again if I want a friend to use the unit since it was paid for. They told me no refund and I said okay I will have a friend use it and was told no that now I would have to re-rent it. it is a scam they charge me for a month yesterday and when I want to see if I can get a refund they tell me they took it off my lease. So they charge $100 a 22 hour period. Wouldn't use them again. Use the place in Dickinson that is on the gulf freeway.
