(owner) was always able to make our apartment carpets look like new, lessening the replacement rate immensely. When I retired in 2011 I have since had him clean my own carpets which have numerous pet problems. I am always amazed at how they look when he is done...and no odor. Several of the residents at the retirement home still have him come in to do their apartments. He is a kind gentleman and always goes the extra mile for you. You just can't go wrong.
