Service man was very professional. Frymire should have sent service man out with a longer hose so our compressor could be cleaned out. Sales person regarding replacement of our coil was a little too aggressive. Also thought the cost of the coil replacement was a little high.
In my opinion the cost to determine the freon leak should have been deducted from the cost of the coil replacement - also email invoice received for freon leak search had errors on it. If it wasn't so expensive to have a leak search done again (ie about $300) I would have gotten a second opinion.
