We hired SHI in August for a remodel to start in September. Little did we know that they had overextended themselves and taken way more jobs than they could reasonably handle at one time. They told us they would lead us through the entire process, telling us what to do and when so that there would never be a question of what was expected and we would never be left wondering what was supposed to be happening and when. After several emails that were ignored by SHI, we were finally told we should choose granite first so we asked where to go and they finally got back to us with a vendor list. We chose granite then heard almost nothing from them, in spite of repeated calls and emails, for several months, until they finally said they could start in December. We were constantly asking what they needed from us and constantly ignored or told that we didn't need to do anything. I have emails to prove this.
