After months of research and comparison, I requested a price quote online and received 3 responses within 15 minutes from local dealers. One response was from Paul Perrigo at Burien Toyota. Paul not only provided a quote but also a follow-up phone call to ensure that I had received all of the information I needed. He was very polite and profession with never any hint of pressure. Through our discussion, I decided that I would like another quote for a vehicle with more options. Paul took the time to research the information on price difference, local availability of the exact car and the options available to me. At no time did I ever feel rushed or pressured. He was able to find the car I wanted, had it ordered for delivery and called me the minute the car was being unloaded from the truck.
When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeting immediately and everyone was friendly and helpful. Paul took the time to explain every step of the process of buying my car as well as showing me all the features of the car while on the test drive. He was thorough and made sure my first maintenance appointment was scheduled before I left. He was also very precise and thorough in explaining the operation of my car but also made sure I had made all the adjustments to me seat, steering wheel, and mirrors before I left the dealership.
Bobbi Orr was also of great help with the enormous amount of paperwork associated with buying a car and related extended warrantees. She was patient, polite, and very thorough and I never felt rushed or pressured.
