I really like the straightforwardness of Box Home Loans. I especially like the web site and seeing what needs to be done and by who. This is such a difference from other lenders. Including our initial home purchase, we have dealt with this process 7 times in refinances or attempts to. None of the other 6 lenders can compare to Box. I'll no longer bother with other companies as they don't see value in the customer.
