Prompt, respectful and knowledgable (Trina our rep). However, last visit, svc rep told my husband the reason windshield wipers were rubbing/squeaking was that something was wrong with the windshield??? (Have 2008 Santa Fe with same windshield) Must have thought we were off the turnip truck.
