I guess the service department did what they could for us but our issue is with the sound system in our 2013 Prius Persona that cost $29,000. Toyota's field service guy said the system is functioning as well as it's designed but it's a lesser quality system - NOT what I want to hear!!! This was the only system available and I'm apparently stuck with a speaker that distorts some sounds so much that I can't understand some callers on my hands free bluetooth system.
