Rich Christian, the salesman, was easy to work with and was very helpful. When I had questions about the paperwork the next day, Rich was patient and professional in explaining my mistake in interpretation, though I must have caused him considerable inconvenience. If I had been a "Secret Shopper", I would give him an A+ in handling the situation.
